The Bons Casino portal has Terms and Conditions that regulate the conduct of Promo actions. By creating an account on our website and using its services, you confirm your acceptance of these rules. You agree that the terms of each bonus are set by Bons.
During account registration or during your time as an existing customer of our online casino, you can receive various bonuses or bonus money from us. Each Indian player has the right to legally refuse any offer from our side at any time. To do this, you need to contact the support service in one of the following ways:

General Details
New Bons Casino customers should be aware of how the bonus is credited and used, and how it is related to deposits and withdrawals.
After you deposit INR from the desktop or mobile version of the Bons website, you first of all bet on sports, spin slots, and play casino games for your money. Only after you have spent all your funds, your bets will be replenished at the expense of the bonus balance. Any winnings that you receive with the bonus are credited to the bonus balance. You will be able to withdraw them only after the wagering conditions are met. Successful fulfillment of these conditions allows you to request a payout. Please note that the cashout amount can be a maximum of ~400,000 rupees (about $5,000) per week. The remaining amount will remain on your balance and will be available for withdrawal after seven days from the date of the last payout.
Wagering Requirements
Gambling and betting bonuses have wagering requirements that must be fulfilled to withdraw the funds won from the account. You may encounter the following conditions:
- Wager. The most important condition to which all the others are tied. The wager is the number of times for which you need to win back the bonus amount. Say, you made 1000 INR as your first deposit and received a 100% bonus in the amount of 1000 rupees and with a wager of x20. 20 indicates the number of times you need to win back the incentive amount;
- Expiration time. The bonus is credited for a certain period. If you do not fulfil its conditions in, say, two weeks, then it will become unavailable;
- Activation time. Some Promotions are tied to certain events. For example, the Welcome Bonus can only be used by new Bons Casino players who have created an account and want to make their first deposit;
- Minimum/maximum bet size. Only bets corresponding to this condition will participate in the wagering of the bonus;
- The minimum odds for the bet. You will most often have to fulfil this requirement when playing slots or betting on sports (Free Spins and Free Bets type of incentives).
- Limits on games/services. Some bonuses are suitable for the casino section, others for sports betting. Also, the requirement may be reduced to the need to win back a bonus in a certain game.

Bonus Abuse
Some players take part in promotions for selfish purposes. They use special strategies that lead to gaining an unfair advantage over online casino. Bons reserves the right to regularly check transactions and game logs. In the event that we establish that a certain user is a bonus abuser, s/he may be deprived of the opportunity to participate in the promotion.
Please study examples of situations in which a gambler can be considered a bonus abuser:
- The player places different bets in an effort to increase the coverage of the maximum possible range of results for himself. For example, such a situation may arise in table games when a gambler covers red and black in roulette at the same time. Obviously, one of these bets will win;
- The user strives to quickly increase the bonus bankroll by betting on hands with a high value, after which he sharply reduces the bet size (by more than half). We do not accept this type of game because we consider it an unnatural and profitable betting system that allows the player to gain an unfair advantage over the casino. Each such case is considered in a separate order;
- The player placed a bet (or several bets) on the same event that s/he had previously placed on the opposite market. This is considered a guarantee of winning because one of the outcomes will definitely win. We can check and audit such bets in the Sportsbook, recalculate the wagering bonus or cancel the bonus.
Multiple Bonuses on a Single Account
Note that the processing of bonuses on our site is carried out alternately. After one of them has been played back or has become inactive, the processing of the next one begins. You can always follow the promotions in which you participate in the account menu, both from the desktop and from the mobile version of the site, using your Android or iOS device (you don’t need to download any app, our web version for smartphones works perfectly on any gadgets).
Each incentive you can get has four statuses:
- Active. This is a bonus that you just accepted and started wagering it;
- Pending. This is one of the incentives that are in line with an active bonus. It cannot be withdrawn.
- Fulfilled. Best status for the player. It means that all the wagering conditions have been met, and you can withdraw your winnings from the account.
- Revoked. Any active or Pending can be removed from your balance by us for several reasons: you failed to fulfil the wagering conditions, you tried to withdraw cash from your account before fulfilling the conditions, or you violated the bonus Terms and Conditions of Bons Casino.
In case of cancellation of the bonus, your bonus balance becomes equal to 0, and you no longer need to fulfil its conditions.
